Which vehicle fits?

First check destination, timing, weight and size. Also make sure the goods can be loaded safely.

This shows whether a car, van or XL class is a sensible choice.

You do not enter a route on this site. Price and open times are checked with x25pronto, so the details only need to be entered once.

For large or heavy goods, space, loading access and real payload matter. The booking flow checks whether the selected vehicle fits.

Accurate shipment information improves vehicle selection and reduces unnecessary changes later. The final assessment combines dimensions, payload, timing, access conditions and current operational availability.

Where a shipment has exceptional requirements, the relevant details should be provided before confirmation. This allows the country platform to evaluate practical suitability with greater accuracy.

For reliable planning, shipment dimensions, loading conditions, destination access and vehicle capacity must be considered together. These details determine whether the selected option can be completed safely within the required schedule.

Packaging, handover conditions and actual payload also influence suitability. A clear description of the goods helps the country platform select an appropriate vehicle before confirmation.

Availability can change by route, date and required vehicle class. The operational platform therefore checks the current situation before an indicative price or booking option is displayed.
